We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Machine Specialist to oversee the setup and operation of our state-of-the-art injection molding machines while ensuring the highest safety standards. Monday-Friday from 2:30pm to 11pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly load processing equipment, manage thermolators, and hot runners for optimal performance.
• Lead and mentor a skilled team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain and care for all equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency during mold changes.
• Accurately complete Mold Set-up Sheets and deliver molding equipment on schedule.
• Perform thorough inspections of molds to meet quality criteria.
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide operations.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and advance your career.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in die setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavy loads using wheeled carts or rollers.
• A proactive attitude and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong initiative and a willingness to learn.
• Working knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus.
• Comfort with exposure to noise, dust, and heat.
• High school proficiency in reading, math, and language.
